Our Work

We build the things we own.

Every platform, site and app on this page was built in-house and runs a business we are responsible for. None of it was bought in, and none of it is a demonstration.

Software

Four products, all of them built in-house and all of them running a real business — three of ours and, in Floorplate360's case, a platform built to run other people's.

The brief

Mortgage professionals were running the work around a credit file across a CRM, a spreadsheet, a scanner and the post. The brief was to put the whole of it — client pipeline, imported report, the disputes raised against it, and the reporting that follows — into one system that a brokerage could run its own clients and its own pricing on.

What we built

A multi-tenant platform on a Platform → Organisation → Affiliate → Client hierarchy, with tenant isolation enforced in Postgres by row-level security rather than in application code. Organisations set their own pricing to their clients; the platform bills organisations separately. Credit reports import directly, disputes are selected either by the client or by staff depending on how the organisation is configured, and anything an organisation would rather not process itself routes into our own queue.

Where it stands

Live, with the public free-letter product at rapidrescore.com and the operator platform behind it. E-signature is self-hosted and captures the full text snapshot, its hash, the signature, IP, user agent and the exact consent wording shown — evidence that survives a challenge.

The brief

Seagate Works needed an operating system, and the available products charged per member for features a twenty-two-seat floor would never use. Rather than buy badly, we built the engine — and built it so that the second, third and tenth location plug into the same core, each wearing its own brand.

What we built

Five surfaces on one platform: a member portal and phone app, an operator admin for the front desk, a read-only owner portal for the building's landlord, platform administration, and a public API that each location's bespoke marketing site consumes. Brand is a database row resolved from the hostname, so nothing in the code says "Seagate" — a new operator is configuration, not a fork.

The details that matter

Double bookings are prevented by a database exclusion constraint rather than by application code, so they cannot happen under load. Virtual-office mail is modelled against USPS CMRA compliance, with signed Form 1583 records and no public URL for a scan or an ID. Billing is Stripe throughout; nothing home-grown touches card data.

The brief

A management company with homes across Naples needed one place for a guest to find a property, book it, and then actually use it — the itinerary, the door code, the housekeeping request, the experiences worth adding — without a phone call for each.

What we built

A single Next.js application serving the public marketing and booking site alongside three portals — admin, property owner, and guest — because they share authentication, data models and components, and splitting them would only create drift. The phone app is Expo, shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.

How it is put together

The property-management system is the source of record for availability, rates and reservations; Supabase owns accounts, owner statements and content. Design tokens are generated from the Figma file rather than hand-copied, so the app and the site cannot drift apart visually.

The brief

Coworking sites all look the same, and they all oversell. This one had to do the opposite: say exactly how many seats there are, what a membership costs, and what the room is actually like — on the grounds that the people who want a small floor are put off by a site pretending to be a large one.

What we built

A marketing site with a page for each way of taking a seat — the counter, the desk, the study, the address — plus the building, the location and the app. It reads from the Floorplate360 API, so availability and pricing come from the same system the front desk uses rather than from copy someone has to remember to update.

Most of this started as a problem we had ourselves.

We build for the group first and license outward only where the thing we made turns out to be better than what we could have bought. If that describes a problem you are sitting on, write to us.
